Conditions of Warranty
1.1Any goods deemed to be operating defectively, and not working under normal operating parameters and allowances within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced.
1.2Warranty includes internal malfunctions and strictly no damage caused by customer negligence.
1.22Warranty includes internal malfunctions as in replacement of boards.
1.3Warranty on TV’s do not cover water damage, damaged screens or cracked screens caused by customer negligence or forces outside their control.
1.4Warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges or lightning
1.5Warranty does not cover faults caused by insect or pests for example, rats or cockroaches etc.
1.6Warranty does not cover faults caused by factors other than normal domestic use or use in accordance with the operating manual.
1.7Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damage to personal property caused by appliance defects.
1.8Warranty does not cover for commercial use since these are domestic appliances.
1.9Warranty will be lost if product is opened, the seal’s of tv’s are broken or one can see tampering of any sort.
1.10Customer has to be in possession of original invoice.
2. If goods are found to be operationally defective, we undertake to repair or replace your item within 21 days of written notification from you via confirmed email.
3. The warranty is 6 Months from the date of invoice.
3.1Goods are sold AS IS, please inspect properly before purchasing.
4. In any event, you may not cancel orders once payment in part or full has been made by you.
5. Goods must be returned by you:
5.1. with both goods and all packaging in their original condition;
5.2. securely wrapped;
5.3. With original copy of your invoice.
5.4. at your risk and cost.
5.6. If a repair or replacement cannot be done within 21 days, we undertake to refund you the full amount invoiced within 7 days. Provided the goods have been returned to us within the guidelines of paragraph 5.
6. If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
7. We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
